DeFi Unleashed

The DeFi Unleashed campaign was one of my final projects at Polygon Labs and remains an ongoing initiative within the organization. Designed to bring about innovation and attract DeFi projects to build on Polygon zkEVM, the campaign has been pivotal in expanding activity and adoption of zkEVM.

Key elements:

– Gas Fee Subsidization: Reducing the cost barrier for developers and projects deploying on zkEVM.

– Building Grant Lines: Providing financial support and resources to incentivize developers to create impactful and scalable DeFi solutions.

The primary goal was to increase transaction volume and activity on Polygon zkEVM, ultimately reducing overall network gas fees inevitably increasing efficiency and adoption.

This campaign continues to contribute to Polygon’s ecosystem growth, positioning zkEVM as a preferred choice for DeFi developers and users.
