Ecosystem Project Content Creation

Another major portion of my role at Polygon Labs was interfacing with our countless ecosystem projects and partners across the DeFi, Enterprise, Utilities, and Tooling verticals. All of these projects are interested in co-marketing, amplification, and anything to leverage the additional reach that the Polygon Labs Twitter handles have.

In this process, I worked with the marketing teams of dozens of ecosystem projects at any given time, helping them draft their content in line with our amplification guidelines. This involved refining messaging to ensure consistency with Polygon’s brand voice, optimizing clarity for broader audience appeal, and maintaining alignment with our strategic goals. I provided detailed feedback, suggested improvements, and ensured that all co-marketing content met quality and legal requirements before publication. After the team’s published their content from their handles, I would work with other internal marketing teams to ensure that the amplifications were made in a timely manner while aligning with our overall content calendar. 

I developed and executed co-marketing initiatives that aligned with Polygon’s broader ecosystem goals while ensuring that each project’s unique value proposition was effectively communicated. This included crafting tailored Twitter campaigns, collaborative announcements, and driving engagement through curated events, AMAs, and following ecosystem wide narratives.

Beyond just amplification, I played a key role in creating long term partnerships by identifying synergies between projects, connecting them with relevant founders, and driving Polygon Labs ecosystem narratives. Through these efforts, I helped strengthen the narratives surrounding Polygon while supporting the success of countless projects across Web3.
